13U HL Game Day Card - Quick Rules
13U Game Day Card as per Niagara Interlock Baseball rule book
- Mound 50’, Bases 70’
- May start and must finish with minimum of 8 players
- Regular season only = may borrow within same division or below
- 3 innings or 60 minutes is considered official ( 7 innings max)
- No new inning after 1hr 20 min, umpire does not call last inning
- Run per inning= 5,5,5,5,5,5,5
- Mercied team may take last at bats for developmental purposes
- Cannot obtain 1st base on a dropped 3rd strike, no 3B leadoff but may
- advance home on pass ball or continuous baseball play
- Defense=can’t play 4 consecutive OF innings or > 4 OF innings
- Everyone must sit out 1x before players sits his/her 2x/game
- Next inning catcher ( have ready, less than 2 outs, run for catcher)
- 1st pitch should be less than 2 minutes from previous set of 3 outs
- Pitcher = 6 new, 4 returning, max 3 innings/game, max 5 innings over 3
- days ( player may pitch and catch within same game)
- Balks are no longer just warnings after July 1st, please teach the skill
